Freshman Orientation Friday: Services Available for ALL WHS Families

Willits High School will have several services available to students and families of all grade levels while Freshman Orientation is taking place Friday, August 14.

Aeries Data Confirmation & Schedule Access

All parents/guardians must complete Aeries Data Confirmation through the Aeries Parent Portal before their student can access their class schedule.

Please be aware that not all student schedules have been finalized. Even after Data Confirmation is complete, some students may not be able to view their schedule until the first day of school.

Friday, August 14 | 9:00 - 11:45 AM

Staff will be available to assist parents/guardians with the Data Confirmation process, and translation services will be available. This assistance is open to families of students in all grade levels.

PE Uniforms Available for Purchase in the Quad

PE uniforms will also be available for purchase in the WHS Quad during Freshman Orientation. Items will be provided immediately upon payment by cash or check.

• PE T-Shirt - $10

• PE Shorts - $10

• PE Sweatpants - $20

You do not need to have an incoming freshman to take advantage of these services. All WHS students and families are welcome. Anybody who misses this opportunity will be provided an order form for P.E. uniforms once school starts.

For Freshman Attending Orientation:

Please bring a backpack or bag to safely carry your new Chromebook and other materials. Snacks, water, and lunch will be provided, so students do not need to bring money for food.
