Hello, WUSD families. Construction has finished on Locust St. Starting tomorrow, October 24th, the BGMS bus stop is moving back to its original location by the solar panels. Buses will no longer pick up or drop off students near the BGMS Gym. Pickup and drop off will only be at the solar panels on Locust St. Thank you, and have a good evening.

Dear Staff and Families, The safety of our students and staff is our top priority, so I want to inform you of a potential threat of violence against one of our campuses that was swiftly addressed. At this time, all students and staff are safe, and the school is operating as usual. On Tuesday evening, we received a report of a verbal threat made by a student involving a weapon. Upon learning of the threat, school administrators, in collaboration with law enforcement, promptly addressed the situation. It was determined that no weapon was present or accessible. We are incredibly thankful to the individuals who became aware of the threat and reported it immediately to a trusted official. This incident serves as a reminder to all students and community members: if you see something, say something. Your vigilance helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. We noticed that some families did not receive the notification on Wednesday. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in Aeries so you can receive important notifications. You can also visit our website at www.willitsunified.com for up-to-date information. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Sincerely,   Superintendent Mark Beebe
