What Miss Roelling is Reading...

I recently started reading The Northbury Papers by Joanne Dobson (FIC DOB). A progressive female college professor works at a very traditional university in Massachusetts. She battles with staying true to her passion while working within an oppressive English department. All the while something mysterious is going on within
the school that has to do with an "unfortunate accident" that occurred the year prior. There is something very familiar and comfortable about the main character and the way she deals with obstacles. This is a mid-level read that would be good for most readers.
